Chat About - Raising Self-Esteem

This 'Chat About Cushion' is designed to chat about raising self-esteem! Fun way for families, friends and colleagues to discuss the options that we can choose to help maintain healthy self-esteem. Use as an ice-breaker in the class/training room or as part of a family get-together. First answer how you feel each panel relates to self-esteem and then look to vary the answers by including how you have used it in the past; present or future. For a more intense discussion, include how you feel others in the group could use it.

All 'Chat About Cushions' come with game-play ideas but actually all you need to do is:- Decide which finger/thumb you will use as your question indicator then either throw the cushion into the air or have someone throw it to you and respond to the talk bubble that your chosen finger/thumb lands on.
